Strong planning, delivering and monitoring of work
Excellent written and spoken communication skills and the ability to produce high quality products.
Strong knowledge of internet based communication
Networking with state partners, networks, alliances and coalitions
Making operational monthly, quarterly and annual plans
Review of operational plans with Programme Manager and Programme Director and monitoring and follow up of implementation plan with the partner organisations
Collection, updating and synthesis of data on the organisation’s field activities
Prepare the quarterly state progress report in
consultation with the Programme Manager/ Programme Director
Keep track of reports submitted by field teams
within the scheduled time
Programme report writing for internal and external purposes
Review of operational plans with team and Manager/ Director
Contributing to building advocacy plans with different stakeholders and implementing the same
Coordinate and organize theme specific events like workshops, meetings, seminars.
Candidates possessing Masters’ degree or an advanced degree in a public health or community health or in similar disciplines with minimum of 3 years of experience of working with communities- rural or urban.
Salary for the position will commensurate with work experience in relevant field and qualification..
