Abhijit Das, Director
Abhijit is a doctor with training in obstetrics, paediatrics and public health and has over twenty years experience in grassroots work, training, research and policy advocacy. He is founder member of the alliance on men and gender equality MASVAW, and the reproductive health and rights network Healthwatch Forum. He is also Clinical Assistant Professor of the School of Public Health and Community Medicine at the University of Washington, Seattle.
Anita Gulati, Administrative Associate
Anita is managing overall administrative activities of CHSJ. She holds a B.Com degree and has 5 years experience in handling administrative functions.
Archana Dwivedi, Programme Manager
Archana is managing the thematic area, Health Rights and Marginalized Communities. She has 12 years experience in working on Gender and Education and holds Masters in Home Science.
Ishu Das,Office Assistant
Ishu provides office support in CHSJ and has 3 years of work experience.
Jayashri Velankar, Consultant
Jayashree is working with CHSJ as a Consultant for the thematic area, Reproductive and Sexual Health and Rights with special focus on ICPD+15. She is also providing active support to other ongoing campaigns.
LavanyaMehra,H R Officer
Lavanya is engaged in providing support towards HR related functions and other organizational development activities in CHSJ. She holds M Phil degree in Sociology.

Rajesh manages the financial activities in CHSJ. He holds s a PG Diploma in Business Administration. Rajesh has 10 years of experience in handling finance in NGOs.

Satish Kumar Singh, Deputy Director
Satish is overseeing the thematic area of Men and Gender Equality in CHSJ. He has been working on social justice issues since 23 years and on the issue of gender equality, masculinity, sexuality and gender based violence since10 years. He is a part of SAHAYOG, HUMSAFAR, FEM and Men Engage.
Shelley Saha-Sinha, Programme Manager
Shelley Saha-Sinha is managing the research activities of CHSJ. She holds a masters degree in Social work and has more than 12 years of experience in social science research with specific interest in reproductive health. She has authored research report and papers published in various national and international journals.
Sunita Singh, Programme Manager
Sunita is overseeing the thematic area of Community Action. She holds a Masters in Population and Reproductive Health Research and has experience of working on sexual and reproductive health, abortion, health policy and maternal health issues.
Tulsi Manimuthu, Administrative Assistant
