Rohtak shelter home sex abuse victim gives birth

The 21-year-old hearing and speech impaired woman, who was a victim of sexual abuse at the notorious Apna Ghar shelter home in Rohtak, gave birth to a child at PGIMS hospital in Rohtak on September 16. The news was kept under wraps by the officers investigating the case and the shelter home owners at Bhiwani to keep the victim away from the media.
