A difficult geographical terrain and inaccessibility makes reaching across to the common man in the northeast with healthcare services a difficult task, a member of the National Human Right Commission (NHRC) has said. Sharma as saying at a mental healthcare meet in Assam. Sharma stressed the importance of conducting a survey on the prevalence of mental illness in the region to effectively tackle the issue.
