Abhijit is a doctor with training in obstetrics, paediatrics and public health and has over twenty years experience in grassroots work, training, research and policy advocacy. He is founder member of the alliance on men and gender equality MASVAW, and the reproductive health and rights network Healthwatch Forum. He is also Clinical Assistant Professor of the School of Public Health and Community Medicine at the University of Washington, Seattle.
Ajay is managing financial operations in CHSJ. He is a commerce graduate and has 11 years of experience in handling finance.
Badar Uzzama is working as programme officer in the team of Men and Gender Equality. Prior to joining CHSJ, he has worked on child centred community development, prevention of trafficking, raid & rescue of trafficked persons, legal aid & legal literacy. He did masters in social work from Aligarh Muslim University and LL.B from CCS University Meerut.

Dheeraj Giri Goswami has 3 years of experience in CHSJ as Software Developer in the Information and Communication Team. He completed Software Engineering from NIIT-Delhi. H e Maintained Web Platform and Social Platform .
Edward Premdas Pinto
Edward Premdas Pinto, Director- Research and Advocacy at Centre for Health and Social Justice, is a Human Rights advocate and Public Health practitioner- scholar, actively engaged in processes and social justice issues of the the communities of Dalit Women, rural unogranised labourers and other disadvantaged communities for the last 22 years. He is one of the co-initiators of Jagrutha Mahila Sanghatan, the union of Dalit Women in Raichur district, Karnataka. As Advocacy and Research Director at CHSJ he is facilitating the thematic area of Community Action for Health Rights with a special focus on processes of community monitoring and accountability. He has been an active member of People's Health Movement (Jan Swasthya Abhiyan) in India.
Ishu provides office support in CHSJ and has 7 years of work experience
Jagdish has completed his post graduation in Sociology. He has been working in Uttrakhand and Uttar Pradesh since the last 12 years in the area of gender equality, violence against women and male participation in gender equality. His expertise are community mobilisation, script writing and direction for Nukad Natak and puppet show.
Mahendra has more than ten years experience working at the community level. He is currently working with men on the issue of gender equality in Madhya Pradesh .
Priti Sisodia having Masters in Physiotherapy, MBA in Hospital administration and is certified diabetic educator. Previously she worked in medical tourism firm with 5 years of experience in handling International patients. In CHSJ, she is working as an Executive Assistant cum Relationship Officer.
Rimjhim Jainis a Programme Manager. She has been working in the social development sector as an advocacy and communications professional. Previously she worked in mainstream print and television news. Men and gender is a focal area of her work in CHSJ gender
Rudrakshina is working as Program Officer- Research and holds a post graduate degree in social work. She has been in the development sector for the past five years and has experience of working at the grassroots level. She has experience in Program Planning, implementation and research.
Sambit Kumar Mohanty
Sambit is associated with CHSJ as Manager Information and Communication. He has been active in the field of development communication for last 17 years.
Sana Contractor received her Masters degree in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, in 2008. She has worked in the development sector for the past seven years as a researcher, trainer and interventionist, in the areas of violence and health (gender based violence, armed conflict and communal violence), sexual and reproductive health rights, and social exclusion in health.
Sandhya Gautam is working as Program Manager with the Health, Governance and accountability team. She has experience of about 15 years of working on women’s health and rights. She holds a Masters in Social Work.
Satish Kumar Singh
Satish Kumar Singh is Additional Director, and is overseeing the thematic area of Men and Gender Equality in CHSJ. He has been working on social justice issues for more then 32 years and on the issue of gender equality, masculinity, sexuality and gender based violence since 15 years. He is a part of SAHAYOG, SUTRA, MASVAW, FEM and MenEngage.
Shreeti is part of the research team in CHSJ. She holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work.
Surekha has joined as a Programme Officer in the CAHR team. She holds MPhil in Social Medicine and Community Health from CSMCH, JNU, New-Delhi.
